225 North Fourth Lofts Honored In Cincinnati

The 2009 Ohio Design Award Winners were recognized at the AIA Ohio
Convention in Cincinnati on October the 2nd. This year, the jury, chaired
by Jonathan Marvel, AIA, of Rogers Marvel Architects, New York City,
reviewed 89 entries by over 40 Ohio firms. Just 11 were selected to
receive an AIA Ohio award, including JBAD who received an Honor Award
for the 225 North Fourth Lofts. JBAD was one of only 2 firms in the state to
receive an Honor Award for New Completed Buildings and the only
Columbus firm to be recognized. This is the second Honor Award for the
project, the first awarded by AIA Columbus.
